Thank you for playing on Uncletopia! To make the experience fun, fair, and friendly for everyone, we have several straight-forward rules to follow.
#1 -- HATE --
Uncletopia has an active zero-tolerance policy against slurs, hate-speech,
and discriminatory language. Racism, homophobia, transphobia, and
discrimination towards any group in text or voice chat is never allowed in
any context. We do not allow players to display hate symbols, equip
"dog-whistle" cosmetic loadouts, nor do we allow hateful steam aliases or
item nicknames/descriptions.
#2 -- TOXICITY --
Be kind to your fellow mercenaries. Competitive banter or "trash-talking"
other players is an unavoidable part of any video game, but please do not
take it too far. If any player goes out of their way to insult, belittle, or
harass other players, they can - and will - be removed (whether it be via
vote-kick or moderation intervention). Simply put, don't be a dick! Be
awesome instead!
#3 -- TARGETED HARASSMENT --
Stream sniping / celebrity-stalking is not allowed on Uncletopia servers.
Players who intentionally disrupt a content creator or repeatedly harass
another player or staff member in any way will be removed.
#4 -- SEXUALLY EXPLICIT IMAGERY & LANGUAGE --
Images that are displayed decal tool-compatible items (such as the
conscientious objector) which feature content that can be inarguably
described as "rated X" are not allowed on Uncletopia. This rule also extends
to sexually explicit language that is displayed on items using the name tag
or description tag tool, as well as language used in the text chat. This
rule has a rather tricky grey area, but in general - if you wouldn't show
something to a child, you shouldn't use it on Uncletopia (where children
often play). Please just be decent; it's a video game, not an NSFW chat
room.
#5 -- CHEATING --
If any player is caught cheating by any means, they will be permanently
banned from all Uncletopia servers without the option for an appeal. Aimbot,
silent aim, ESP/walls, triggerbot, and client-side tools that give a player
an unfair advantage are not allowed. Moderators are not required to provide
physical evidence of cheating in order to enforce this rule.
#6 -- EXPLOITS --
Abusing unintended game mechanics that make other players' game experience
worse is not allowed on Uncletopia. This includes - but is not limited to -
the flamethrower airblast glitch, the con-tracker model/hitbox bug, and
intentional interp abuse. Ping masking is also not allowed - Uncletopia has
a ping limit for a reason, and laggy players can be subject to getting
vote-kicked or reported to a moderator.
If you would like to report another player for breaking the Uncletopia server rules, please submit a report by clicking here. In your report, please try to include the steam alias of the player you're reporting, link their profile or provide their steam ID, include which Uncletopia server they are/were playing on, and (if possible) provide any screenshots or video of the offending actions.
