Thundermountain

• Uncles now properly path out of spawn and build correctly on Stages 2 and 3

Enclosure

• Uncles now properly path out of spawn and build correctly on Stages 2 and 3

Brew

• Uncles no longer get stuck on the railing overlooking A
• Uncles no longer group up and get stuck in a corner in between A and B
• Uncles no longer wander down a dead end hallway near B

CTF Sawmill

• Uncles no longer group up at the top of the stairs inside spawn

Other Changes

• Halloween-restricted cosmetics are enabled.
• The payload cart now has a speed limit equivalent to x1.5.
• The payload cart now starts rolling back 10 seconds after it was last touched.
• You are now able to local mute any player (thanks Valve).
• CTF maps were unavailable for a few days while we made some changes to the plugin, but they are all back and in working order again now.

The reintroduction of a "curated" random map pool.

For those that were not here when this was a previously a thing, what this means is that when the map nominations are generated by the server, it will be pulled from a separate, smaller, map pool which contains more universally liked maps.

Extend map vote

When a map vote occurs, you now also have the ability to extend a map. This can only happen once per map.

Both of these changes apply to all server configurations with the exceptions of Fixed and 1000 Uncles which remain unchanged.
